+ Product Development Engineer - EC&I

Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra

This position will lead the product development process related to EC&I aspects of the technology and will be responsible for coordination of all the activities related to identifying OEM in India, integration and creation, and finalizing the product and packaging prior to launch.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase
  • Involvement in new product brainstorming meetings
  • Analyze & understand the P&ID, Electrical and Control wiring drawing given by the technology provider related to the product under development
  • Understand the control philosophy and implementation of the same for the product
  • Testing of the Control System as per the suggested Safety requirements
  • Primary liaison with vendors for Product Development as per component specifications
  • Getting quotes and arrange for techno-commercial negotiation between management and vendors
  • Set up item number and other development information in item master for updating and maintaining standardisation
  • Ensure the accuracy of product and seek approvals required
  • Meet deadlines set as per the product development schedule
  • Works together with Quality Compliance as per the engineering design

Necessary Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience is required
  • Working knowledge on specific control disciplines such as:
  • advanced process control (APC)
  • distributed control systems (DCS)
  • programmable logic controllers (PLC)
  • supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
  • A proven record of success in coordinating product development projects is a plus
  • A clear understanding of the technology related to various methods of hydrogen gas production and its components is desirable
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to work with vendors is a must
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are required

+ Plant Operator - Trainee (FRESHER)

Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and periodic monitoring of the production process of a given facility
  • Periodic maintenance of the equipments as per the condition monitoring schedule
  • Maintaining periodic logs of the readings based on SOPs
  • ensure that the production process runs safely and smoothly and that the plant produces quality results
  • Day-to-Day Reporting to Head Office
  • Responsible for meeting the production plan assigned
  • Perform other administrative tasks as well

+ Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Location - Dahej, Gujarat

Performs supervisory duties in the maintenance management of the fleet operations in Dahej, Gujarat under the directions of the Branch Manager. Performs supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles assigned to branch
  • Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications
  • Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures of each vehicle, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
  • Monitors user departments by analysis of vehicle and equipment utilization and evaluation of equipment specifications
  • Enforces safety practices, procedures and ensures drivers receive appropriate safety training
  • Assists in the development of the Fleet maintenance budget to include a review of past year expenses
  • Administers all Fleet maintenance purchases, including parts, tyres, tools etc.
  • Welds, replaces parts, repairs parts, repairs electrical systems, diagnose vehicles for minor body and fender work, performs tune ups and engine overhauls, troubleshoots problems when needed
  • Ensures that all vehicles are licensed and registered as required by State law
  • Examines reports for accuracy on each vehicle repaired; writes reports on vehicles and equipment repaired. Makes monthly report to the management
  • Keeps maintenance and repair records; performs preventive maintenance on all vehicles; orders repair parts
  • Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments

Essential Skills

  • Must be on 24 hour call
  • Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License
  • Must have knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance repairs and replacement
  • Knowledge of an automated Fleet Management Information System is desirable
  • Considerable knowledge on safety practices and training drivers is preferrable
  • Ability to function and perform effectively as a manager and supervisor
  • Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software; motor vehicle; phone; fax and copy machine
